decent stay with some minor issues
good location friendly host early check-in old furniture broken furniture state of neglect
location was good and parking available just outside the main part of town. It was very walkable and the host was friendly. The host allowed us to check in early, a nice gesture.
the studio was not exactly as pictured online. The furniture seemed old and a bit broken. The overall tidiness gave a state of neglect.

a decent stay overall
equipped kitchen clean toilet rough towel lumpy pillow
the guesthouse had a well equipped kitchen and dining area. it was convenient to prepare breakfasts and occasional suppers with my own groceries. the common areas and toilets were kept clean.
the towels were very rough. the pillow felt lumpy and ancient. i think providing better quality towels and pillows would improve the stay.

mixed feelings about the stay
stained sheets constant noise
the kitchen facilities were good, this was a definite plus.
the room i got was not great. the sheets were stained and there was a very strong scent from the hot water, maybe a town issue i do not know. there was constant noise from a ventilation pipe going through the room, it was hard to sleep.

comfortable bed helpful touch shared kitchen
i arrived earlier than expected and they held my luggage. it was a nice gesture. my room had a comfortable bed and a desk. the shared kitchen included multiple fridges and some free food left by previous guests, a helpful touch.
the bedsheets had a few yellow stains, it was a minor issue.

The kitchen had good equipment. I could prepare meals easily. The guesthouse provides complimentary coffee. It is a short walk to the bus terminal.
The pillow felt old.
